Carri Dunning is an educator, entrepreneur, and founder of Education Enrichment Services (EES), an El Dorado Hills–based tutoring company dedicated to personalized, confidence-building learning. With a background in English, writing, and study skills instruction, Carri built EES around a simple idea: students thrive when they’re taught how to learn, not just what to learn. Her approach pairs each student with the right tutor, customizes every learning plan, and emphasizes growth, mastery, and self-belief. Under her leadership, EES has become a trusted educational resource throughout the Sacramento region, known for helping learners bridge academic gaps and rediscover the joy of achievement.

 Shonna comes to us with 22 years of education experience in both the public and private sector. She has experience teaching in grades 1-8 and specializes in ELA. She has also spent over 10 years coaching teachers, administrators, and school teams and has a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in professional learning. Most recently, she coordinated the PBIS program for the Sacramento City Unified School District. Her family of seven lives on a ranch and they enjoy raising cattle and other animals. She is very excited to be a support to all staff, especially the teachers, at EES and to help support the growth of this amazing company!

Eric Keim is a dedicated educator and physical-education teacher based in El Dorado Hills, California, who currently serves at the Folsom City Unified School District (FCUSD). A graduate of Rio Americano High School (Class of 1987) in Sacramento, he brings decades of experience and local roots to his role.

With a background in Kinesiology and Education, and holding a teaching credential in single-subject physical education, Eric focuses on helping students develop healthy habits, physical competency, and confidence in movement. In his work he combines curriculum-driven instruction with an emphasis on lifelong fitness and positive youth development. His strong community ties in the Sacramento and El Dorado region make him a trusted and respected educator among students, colleagues, and parents alike.
